Orders can be delayed when additional time is needed to meet your requirements and deliver a quality placement. Below are the most common reasons an order may take longer than expected.

Your requirements are very specific

Orders may take longer when they include strict constraints such as:

  • A narrow niche or topic

  • High DR and traffic requirements

  • Specific placement types or editorial standards

  • Multiple exclusions or restricted site criteria

Pre-approval is enabled

If your order requires pre-approval, delivery may take longer because:

  • We need to source qualified options first

  • You need to review and approve suggested domains or pages

  • We only publish after approval is received

The niche is competitive or limited

Some niches have fewer high-quality publishers available, which can slow down sourcing and outreach.

The target URL or website needs review

Delays may happen if your target URL:

  • Is not accessible (broken page, redirects, 404)

  • Requires login to view content

  • Has unclear content or positioning

  • Conflicts with publisher requirements

Anchor text instructions are missing or unclear

If anchor text requirements are not provided or are too restrictive, we may need clarification before proceeding.

Custom outreach takes longer than expected

Custom outreach depends on external publisher response times. Some websites take longer to reply, negotiate, or publish content.

Additional quality checks are required

In some cases, we may spend extra time vetting websites to ensure they meet your tier requirements and quality standards.

How to avoid delays

To keep your order moving smoothly:

  • Submit clear target URLs and anchor text instructions

  • Avoid overly restrictive requirements unless necessary

  • Respond quickly to pre-approval requests

  • Include any exclusions or must-have requirements upfront
