How do I change my notification preferences?

This article explains how to manage your email notifications such as product announcements, onboarding emails, newsletters, and other system notifications.

To change your notification preferences:

  1. Log in to your Respona account

  2. Go to Account Settings
    ​

  3. Open the Profile section
    ​

  4. Enable or disable the notifications you want to receive
