This article explains when refunds are possible, when they are not, and how to request a refund.

Respona’s done-for-you link building service is a deliverable-based service. Refund eligibility depends on the status of your order and whether work has already started.

Refunds Before Work Starts

If an order has not been started yet, you may be eligible for a refund.

Refunds After Work Starts

Once work has started on an order, refunds are typically not available. This includes any time our team has begun:

  • Sourcing placement opportunities

  • Outreach to publishers

  • Vetting websites
    Writing or editing content

  • Preparing a placement for publication

Refunds After a Placement Is Delivered

Once a placement is delivered and the link is live, the order is considered fulfilled and is not eligible for a refund.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, submit the request as soon as possible. If work has not started, cancellation may be possible.

Lost or Broken Links

If a link becomes broken or is removed after delivery, you can report it for review. Eligibility for replacement depends on the specific situation and order terms.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our team and include:

  • Your workspace name

  • Order details

  • The reason for the refund request
