After signing up and selecting your plan, you will need to create a workspace.

This first workspace can be for you or your organization. Give your workspace a name. (ex. Respona)

Note: If you are part of an agency or will be managing the outreach for clients through Respona, you can create additional workspaces in Account > Workspaces.
