Monitoring the performance of your campaigns is essential to doing better at outreach. Critical key performance indicators can tell you exactly what’s wrong with your outreach.
Poor open rates often mean that your subject line fails to grab the attention of your recipients, while low reply rates mean that the actual text of your email could use some improvement.
To view these metrics inside Respona:
Go to the Campaigns tab.
Click on the campaign that you wish to view stats for.
Click over to Insights on the left.
On this page, you will find data like:
Delivery rate
Open rate
Reply rate
Note: you can toggle between bar graphs and line graphs.
