Upgrading your account does not require a request to the Respona team. You can upgrade and adjust your subscription from the settings of your workspace.
Go to Account.
Click “Billing” from the selection menu.
Click “Change” in the subscription box.
Adjust the number of email accounts you will need for sending and the amount of monthly author lookup credits you will need.
Confirm the billing cycle as monthly or yearly.
Confirm payment details.
Click “Update Subscription” at the bottom of the page.
