When you cancel your Respona subscription, you will have access to the platform until the end of your billing period. The auto-renew for your account will be turned off.
Head to the Account menu in the bottom left of your screen.
Click “Billing” from the selection menu.
Select the “Cancel Subscription” button in the bottom right of your screen.
