Creating a new workspace in Respona

A workspace is where you can manage the users, email accounts, templates, and schedules for a certain persona.

To create a new workspace, follow these steps:

  1. Head to the Account menu.

  2. Select the “Workspaces” tab

  3. Click the “Create Workspace” button in the top right corner of your screen.

  4. From here you can add new members, assign templates, create schedules, and manage email accounts.
