To change or adjust the signature for a sending email address can be done in the Account menu.
Start by clicking Account.
Select “Email Accounts”.
Click the email you want to adjust.
In the right box, you can adjust the signature of the address.
Usually, your signature will be automatically pulled from the email you connected. If Respona does not automatically import your signature, you can copy or paste the signature or its HTML code into the signature box.
If there is no signature added, you can copy and paste a signature from one of the emails in your inbox.
OR
If you have the HTML code for your email signature, you can copy and paste the HTML code to add the signature.
Click “Save” in the bottom right corner.
