Managing templates in Respona means customizing templates for certain workspaces and members to use for their outreach.
To manage your templates inside Respona, follow these steps:
Click Account in the bottom left of your screen.
Select “Templates” on the left bar
Choose the template you want to edit. Click the two dots on the right-hand side.
Select “Edit” and change the template as desired.
Click the “Save” button in the top right corner when finished editing.
