Respona does not send emails out all at once. Blasts like that have an extremely high chance of triggering spam filters. So, Respona allows you to set a delay between emails to simulate the time it takes to write one.

You can set delays as small as 2-3 minutes. But we recommend keeping the delay at 5 minutes as a good middle ground to space out emails while getting enough of them sent out in one day.

You can change the minimal delay between each email by following these steps:

  1. Go to Account > All Email Accounts.

  2. Click on the : icon to open the settings for an individual email address.

  3. In the Minimal delay field, type in the number of minutes that you wish to set as your delay.
