Respona does not send emails out all at once. Blasts like that have an extremely high chance of triggering spam filters. So, Respona allows you to set a delay between emails to simulate the time it takes to write one.
You can set delays as small as 2-3 minutes. But we recommend keeping the delay at 5 minutes as a good middle ground to space out emails while getting enough of them sent out in one day.
You can change the minimal delay between each email by following these steps:
Go to Account > All Email Accounts.
Click on your email account.
In the Random delay between emails fields, type in the number of seconds that you wish to set as your minimum and maximum delay.
