We highly recommend creating a separate email account and connecting it directly to Respona via Google API, instead of creating aliases.
This is because if one of the emails sent by an alias gets marked as spam, it'll impact the delivery rates of all aliases connected to that email account
If you would still like to connect aliases, you need to:
Connect your email via IMAP/SMTP using your app password instead of the email password.
To connect your email via IMAP and SMTP address for sending, head over to the Account menu and follow these simple steps.
Select “All email accounts” on the left bar.
Click the “Add Email” button in the top right corner of your screen.
Select the “Other Providers” option from the email provider list.
Fill in the required fields:
Sending email
Sender full name
SMTP/IMAP username
SMTP/IMAP passwords
SMTP/IMAP server address
SMTP/IMAP ports
Click “Connect Email” in the bottom right corner of your screen.
