Importing opportunities into Respona is simple. All you need for it is to have your opportunities saved into a .CSV file.
Open your campaign.
Click on the “Import” button on the right side of the search bar.
Select the import mode: Opportunities or Contacts. For the former mode, the URL field will be required in your sheet, and for the latter, the Email field will be mandatory.
Note: you can still import URLs with the Contacts mode: the difference between these modes is that if you upload a list of URLs with corresponding emails as Contacts, there will be no need to run a contact search automation at Step 3.
Check or uncheck the safety options (automatically remove rows that have been recently contacted or are active in other campaigns).
Click the purple "Upload .CSV file" button
Select the file that you want to import.
Assign the .CSV file fields to the corresponding Respona fields (name to name, domain to domain, etc.)
If Respona does not have a built-in variable for your file fields, click on the variable drop-down menu and hit "Add custom field"
Once all of the opportunities have been processed, click “Import”
