Why aren’t my emails being sent after launching the campaign?

In this article we’ll take a look at some of the common reasons why your emails might not be sent immediately after launching a campaign.

Respona doesn’t always send out your emails immediately after a campaign has been launched.

  1. Depending on the size of your campaign, it may take up to 2 hours after launch for your emails to be queued up.

    Respona's sending algorithm emulates human behavior to maximize campaign delivery rates, so please be patient as emails are sent at random intervals.


  2. Keep in mind that Respona sends emails according to a schedule you have selected, the default schedule is 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time in the US. If you’re in a different time zone, you may need to create a custom schedule to make sure emails are sent according to your local work time.

  3. Please check the daily sending limit on the email account(s) assigned to the campaign. The default limit is 50 emails per day.
