Respona doesn’t always send out your emails immediately after a campaign has been launched.

First, it has to queue your pitches up - this process may take up to a couple of hours, depending on the size of your campaign.

Keep in mind that Respona sends emails according to a schedule you have selected, the default schedule is 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time in the US. If you’re in a different time zone, you may need to create a custom schedule to make sure emails are sent according to your local work time.

To minimize the time it takes to start sending emails for a new campaign, please make sure that you have don't have too many other active campaigns running for the same email address and that the schedule you have selected for the campaign is tailored to your time zone before contacting support.
