When you want to contact new people, you don’t always have to create a new campaign. You can just add new ones to an existing campaign.

This will help keep your Campaigns tab more organized.

  1. Go to the Campaigns tab and select the campaign you want to add opportunities to.

  2. Click the Add Opportunities button in the top right corner.

  3. Go to Step 1 and find new prospects using Respona’s search engine or import a .CSV file.

You can also add opportunities from the Relationships tab.

  1. Go to Respona’s dashboard.

  2. Click over to the “Relationships” tab.

  3. Search for individual people you would like to add or apply filters (domain, location) to highlight specific persons.

  4. To select a person, tick the box to the left of their name.

  5. Click on More Actions > Add to campaign and select which campaign you wish to add them to.
