There are two places to create a new campaign in Respona. You can create a personal campaign in the “My Campaigns” tab or you can create a shared campaign in one of the shared folders under “Workspace Folders”.

Campaigns under the “My Folders” tab are only viewable by you. No other team members will have editing or viewing access to these campaigns. If you want to share access with other team members, you will have to share you campaign to the the Workspace

To share a personal campaign to a workspace -

  1. Click the share icon on the right side of the campaign you want to share.

  2. Flip the switch of the workspace(s) you want to share the campaign with.

  3. Click “Share”
