In this article, we will explain what credits are used for in Respona.

You can find the number of credits that you have in the bottom left corner of Respona’s dashboard as well as in the Billing tab of your account.

These are used for:

  • Finding opportunities with either the Google or Backlink search (1 credit/result)

  • Finding contacts in real-time (5 credits/found email)

Note: When starting a contact search automation, Respona withdraws the required credits for ALL opportunities for which the search is done for. If any contacts are not found, these credits are refunded back to your account.

In addition to email addresses, Respona finds the LinkedIn accounts of your prospects.

  • AI Personalization

Note: With the GPT 4o model, it costs 5 credits to personalize one email. With GPT 4o-mini, it costs 1 credit to personalize each email.

Additionally, you can earn additional 5000 credits for:

  1. Each new referral who becomes a paying customer of Respona

  2. Publishing a review on G2

  3. Publishing a review on Capterra
