What Are Credits?
You can find the number of credits that you have in the bottom left corner of Respona’s dashboard.
These are used during Step 3 of your campaigns - Confirm Contacts, or for finding/verifying emails with the Toolbox.
Assigning one contact to an opportunity always costs five credit. Clicking the “Get Email” button during manual setup also spends five credits.
Note: adding a contact manually or importing emails from a .CSV does not cost credits.
Assigning multiple contacts to an opportunity costs the corresponding number of credits. For example, it costs 10 credits to assign two people to an opportunity, and so forth.
If you pay for a monthly plan, your credits will be refreshed every month. Yearly plan users receive all of their credits upfront.
Note: you may purchase additional credits by going to Account > Billing for $0.01/credit.
