Forgot to personalize an email but already launched the campaign?

Don’t worry - if the email has not been sent out yet, you can still edit it.

To do that:

  1. Select your desired campaign.

  2. Go to Outbox.

3. Find your desired recipient.

4. Edit the email and click “Save”.

Note: edits are saved for each individual message, so if you have multiple emails to edit, make sure to go through them one by one.
