Adding prospects to campaigns from the Relationships tab
In this article we’ll take a look at how you can add people to your campaigns from the Relationships tab.

Respona keeps the information of all of the people you have ever added to a campaign. This information is stored in the “Relationships” tab.

From there, you can view their information like name, organization that they work for, email address, location, and more.

You can import contacts from the Relationships tab the same way that you can import them into individual campaigns - How do I Import Opportunities into Respona?

If you want to include a person you have previously contacted in another campaign, you can easily import them from the Relationships tab.

  1. Go to Respona’s dashboard.

  2. Click over to the "Relationships" tab in the left bar.

  3. Search for individual people you would like to add or apply filters (domain, location) to highlight specific persons.

  4. To select a person, tick the box to the left of their name.

  5. Click on More Actions > Add to campaign and select which campaign you wish to add them to.
