Respona's AI variables can spice up your campaigns with little effort.

First up, Respona has three default AI variables at your service:

  1. Subject Line – To grab attention right from the get-go.

  2. Icebreaker – To kickstart your email with a personalized touch.

  3. P.S. – To add a thoughtful note or call-to-action at the close of your message.

You can add them the same way as regular variables: by clicking on the variable icon on the right side of the email editor.

You can also create custom AI variables.

  1. Head over to 'Account' in Respona.

  2. Click on 'Custom Fields'.

  3. Hit'Create Custom Field' button in the top right corner.

  4. Choose 'AI-Powered Field'.

  5. Now, fill out the necessary info - the 'Field Name', 'Prompt', 'Tone', 'Length of Output', and plug in examples of your desired output.

There are two ways to populate AI variables.

First, when launcing a content/contact search or uploading a .CSV file, you have the option to enable and customize the AI variables you have inserted in your template:

If you have already finished a contact search or import without enabling AI personalization, you have the option to click on "Bulk Email Personalizer" at Step 2 - Opportunities:

Here, you can also change the settings of your AI variables.

Note: AI variables are only available for Pro and Unlimited users.
